Steinway Model O
Designed for living rooms, sanctuaries, classrooms or music studios, Steinway released the Model O in 1900 - three years before the Wright Brothers made their historic first flight. The piano was discontinued in New York in 1923 and a new 5'11" piano (the Model L) was developed for the Americas. The Hamburg Steinway factory continued to build the Model O. Finally, in 2005, Steinway discontinued the Model L and reintroduced the Model O as part of a global model consolidation.
This 2011 Model O Steinway grand piano is a sight to behold. Beautifully finished in Steinway's classic ebony satin lacquer finish (and ornamented with a high-polish fallboard), this parlor grand is breathtaking! If you're looking for the class, quality and cachet of a Steinway piano at about half the price of a new Steinway, you owe it to yourself to play this extraordinary piano. It's gorgeous!
