Baby Grand Pianos - Scottsdale, AZ
What is a Baby Grand Piano?
The term "baby grand piano" is often misused. Officially, a "baby grand piano" is any grand-style piano that is 5'6" or shorter (as measured from the front of the keys to the back of the tail). Of course, some manufacturers might make a 5'7" piano and call it a baby or - at a stretch - a 5'8" grand piano. ...but anything larger than that is typically considered a "grand piano."
Baby grand pianos are popular because they offer the grace and sophistication of a grand piano, but they fit into a smaller space. They are also for fun to play than an upright piano. Take a look at the baby grand pianos available at Riverton Piano Company!
